We carry out debt recovery work for freeholders, managing agents and block management companies.

Our charges for the above work are as follows:-

• Work, carried out by us prior to the commencement of court proceedings (typical timescale – 30 days): £140 plus VAT.
• Preparation and commencement of court proceedings (typical timescale – 7 to 14 days): £380 plus VAT.
• Entering judgment in default (typical timescale – 30 days): £125 plus VAT.

Court fees are payable for the commencement of court proceedings. These vary according to the level of the debt.
